1. What is our 30-day refund policy for Athena scents?

At Athena scents, we are committed to bringing premium health wellness to you and your loved ones at home. 

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will be delighted to process a return for you. Please note that all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The product(s) must be in their original condition unopened.
  • Documentation proof of purchase is required.
  • For reed diffuser returns, the packaging should not have any damage.

We kindly request that all products be returned in their original condition to facilitate the refund process. Additionally, to avoid damage during transit, please ensure proper packaging when returning items.

2. How can I return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out to us at hello@athenascents.com. When reaching out, include photos of the unsatisfactory item(s) for our reference. Our team will guide you through the process for the exchange or return.

3. Processing Fee for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will incur a flat-rate processing fee of $15 per item. This fee covers the administrative costs. Please kindly take note that the customer will need to ship back the item at their own cost, and the return shipping cost is not included in the processing fee.

 

4. Refund Process

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. The full refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within three to five business days from the initiation date.

Please note that any returns requested after 30 days from the delivery receipt may be subject to refusal.

6. International Orders

Our return policy applies to international orders as well. However, please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs for international orders and will not reimburse any international return shipping charges.

7. International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in their destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
